Since 2008, we have provided BT with over 2,000 new fuel tanks and lines across the UK, covering a broad range of situations and requirements.

BT Crawley, new fuel tank installation
Due to lack of space inside the buildings at Crawley, BT decided to position the new fuel tanks in an underused area of the car park. This required a concrete tank base to be prepared and laid; this was carried out by our Construction Minor Works division under the control of our Fuel Systems division.
The new tanks were manufactured to BS 799, the British standard for double contained steel above ground fuel tanks. We supplied flow and return fuel lines, filling points and a complete gauge system. The work was carried out on time and within budget. We have supplied over 2,000 of these tanks to BT.
Our work included:
- Manufacture and install steel tanks to BS799
- New fuel lines
- Concrete tank bases
- Gauges and alarms
